The Company:

Our client is a leading international online gaming company with a global presence. They now seek the services of a Cantonese and Mandarin Speaking Brokerage Assistant to work out of their London office to lead and motivate the VIP team.

The Role:

The successful applicant will be responsible for:
- Managing customer accounts and existing business
- Trading duties
- Data entry
- Maintaining the contents of the website
- Analysing client trends and updating files accordingly
- Aiding with the marketing plans

Candidate Profile:

The successful candidate will posses:
- Experience within the gaming/leisure industry
- Extremely good all round sports knowledge and outstanding knowledge of the betting industry
- Strong numeracy skills and highly IT literate
- Solid understanding of worldwide betting markets
- Speaks fluent Cantonese and Mandarin and can write in Chinese as well as English.

Additional Information:

You must be able to adapt to a multicultural working environment as well be able to work flexible shift patterns as weekend and evening work will be required.
