The Company:

Our client is a market leading European company and they are currently recruiting for a Customer Team Supervisor, to work within their European centre, based in Ireland.

The Role:

The position will be to manage the day to day planning, ops and problem solving of a team of agents in order to achieve optimum levels of customer support. The motivation and leadership of all team members also lies with the Supervisor.

Candidate Profile:

Candidates will have at least 3 years supervisory experience in a CS environment with experience in the online gaming industry being a distinct advantage.

Salary/Additional Information:

The basic salary for the role is up to €35,000. The shifts for this role are 10pm - 8am 4 days a week with 2 weekends in the month off.
