The Company:

Our client, a UK based international company, is currently recruiting for a Greek speaking CSA, for their office based in Gibraltar.

The Role:

The position will involve dealing with a large number of inbound calls and emails from customers from all over the world with issues relating to Bookmaking, Gaming and International Sports e.g answering queries related to accounts, payments, sport, IT etc…. Dealing with a wide range of customer service queries, ensuring the company is promoted with every customer contact.

Candidate Profile:

Candidates must be fluent in Greek as well as English and have a keen interest in sports/gaming. An excellent level of customer service skills are essential, as is a knowledge of a Windows working environment.

Salary/Additional Information:

The basic salary for the role will be £17,000 increasing to £19,250 plus bonus. The working hours for the position are 40 hours per week and relocation e.g flights and 1 weeks accommodation, is paid for.
