The Company:
Our client, a UK based international company, is currently recruiting for a Bulgarian speaking CSA, for their office based in Dublin.
The Role:
The position will involve dealing with a large number of inbound calls and emails from customers from all over the world with issues relating to Gaming e.g answering queries related to accounts, payments, IT etc…. Dealing with a wide range of customer service queries, ensuring the company is promoted with every customer contact.
Candidate Profile:
Candidates must be fluent in Bulgarian as well as English and have a keen interest in gaming. An excellent level of customer service skills are essential, ideally 2-3 years in a high volume customer call centre, as is knowledge of a Windows working environment.
Salary/Additional Information:
The basic salary for the role will be €27,000 plus bonus and a fantastic benefits package. The shifts for this role are 10pm - 8am 40 hours a week.
