The Company:
Our client is a leading international online gaming company with a global presence. They now seek the services of a Executive Assistant/PA to the Director to work out of their London office.
The Role:
The successful applicant will be responsible for: - Providing as full PA and Admin Support service to the Director and Founder - Handling all correspondence - Preparing reports and presentations - Scheduling meeting, preparing materials and agendas - Organising events, activities and PR related functions - Processing expense claims and payments - Perform financial analysis on investment projects
Candidate Profile:
The successful candidate will posses/be: - Degree educated, ideally Business/Finance/Legal - Management experience - 5 - 8 years experience in a similar role - Must posses excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills - Positive personality and experience with regards to MS Office, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Additional Information:
You must be able to adapt to a multicultural working environment as well be able to work flexible shift patterns as weekend and evening work will be required.
