The Company:

Our client is a well known leisure company and they are looking for an Ops Assistant to work in their London office to assist the Senior Ops Manager in the running of the Ops department.

The Role:

The role will entail the following:
- Reporting to the Senior Managers in the performance of sportsbook products
- Ensuring the sportsbook is operating to it's maximum potential
- Coordinating various projects
- Assisting the contact centre to develop and implement strategies and campaigns
- Ensure the web content is clearly displayed
- Develop the sportsbook user experience by reviewing all customer related functions
- Generating new product ideas

Candidate Profile:

The successful candidates will have at least 3-4 years experience in the online gaming industry, have previous experience of reporting or analysis of data and ideally have previous experience of setting up or assisting with the set up of a team in an online gaming environment.

Additional Information:

A salary in the region of £30,000 is on offer for this role along with company bonus and benefits.
