The Company:

Our client is a leading retail bookmaker with a proud history and tradition in the industry. They now require Area Managers to drive and lead business in various locations.

The Role:

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

·         Managing a team of circa 30 shop managers;

·         Ensuring that the area is delivering outstanding customer service and retail standards in order to achieve all financial targets;
Responsible for developing a team of Shop Managers

·         Providing and driving exceptional customer service

·         Ensuring compliance with all Gambling Commission regulations. 

·         Ensuring all profit targets are hit, growing market share, team morale, training and coaching, recruitment, performance management, marketing and promotions, compliance, health and safety and security.

Salary/Additional Information:

There is a competitive salary and benefits package on offer up to £40,000 plus a company car.
