The Company:

Our client is a leading retail bookmaker and they are now looking to recruit a Machines Manager to drive the Machines and FOBT business in your designated Area.

The Role:

The successful applicant will…

·         Lead and direct the Machines business within their designated area;

·         Deliver excellent performance for the Regions Machines;

·         Work with retail and Area Managers to deliver an effective strategy for the growth of the Machines business and to ensure all P&L targets are delivered;

·         Lead and develop Best Practise for the Machines business to ensure that Machines customers are given high levels of CS at all times.

·         Appropriately challenge the norm within the Machines Management team and deliver constant ways of improving the performance of Machine business.

·         Gather data and customer insight to constantly review and reform Machines Strategy.

Candidate Profile:
The successful applicant will possess…

• 3 years experience in a similar role within the UK gaming market;
• Direct experience of Machines/Gaming from a Betting, AGC, Leisure, Pubs, Casino or bingo background;
• Outstanding customer skills and the ability to recognise their desires and deliver within multi-product businesses;
• Experience of developing, implementing and effectively communication new initiatives;
• Experience of working within a multi-site environment would be an advantage;
• Excellent communication skills across all levels including confidence to present data in a clear and accurate manner;
• Evidence of successfully influencing peers and colleagues essential;
• Strong attention to detail;
• Able to meet deadlines manage your own workload in order to achieve them.

Salary/Additional Information:

There is a competitive salary of £45,000 per annum for this role as well as company benefits and bonus.
