Title: Technical Business Analyst

The Company:

Our client is a large and growing online gaming company based in the heart of London’s West End. They require a Technical Business Analyst to work at their outstanding offices as part of the Data Warehouse Team.

The Role:

This role be primarily focussed on gathering requirements from the business for building a new Data Warehouse that will integrate across the business and with 3^rd party vendors as well. Reporting to the Product Manager / DW Manager you will be responsible for…

·         Delivering clear technical requirements to the dev team;

·         Investigating and understanding and translating stakeholder needs and problems;

·         Produce clear User Stories and well defined Acceptance criteria;

Candidate Profile:
The successful candidate will possess the following skills…

• Previous experience as a database developer or business analyst
• At least 4 years of experience working as Business Analyst
• At least 1 year of experience working within Agile methodology (SCRUM)
• 3-5 years of experience within software development projects
• Good communication skills, both written and spoken
• Well-organized
• Previous experience with JIRA and Greenhopper
• Self motivated and passion for the data.
• Proven experience interacting directly with end users.
• Ability to organize, effectively run and minute meetings and conference calls.
• End to end experience of the project lifecycle.
• Results orientated.
• You should understand the core Data Warehouse concepts like Star Schema, Cubes, ODS, OLAP and how they relate to each other.
• Experience of working on complex large-scale projects involving delivery of a new product
• Extremely detail oriented
