The Company:
Our client works to provide their clients with software solutions for sports trading. They require a Trading Analyst to work at the heart of their business to enhance their already unique product.
The Role:
As a trading analyst you will be responsible for:
- Liaising with the software team to determine new trading systems and techniques;
- Liaising with clients to clarify any issues they may have with the software;
- Watching live football and possibly other sports to analyse trading patterns and performance of software;
- Using the latest statistical techniques to highlight KPI?s of trading systems and highlighting areas for improvement.
Candidate Profile:
Candidates for the Trading Analyst role are required to be extremely numeric and ideally be a graduate in Maths, Statistics, Physics, Economics or equivalent degree discipline. Your communication skills will excellent in order to liaise with internal and external stakeholders of the business. Knowledge of basic programming in Python / Linux / ErLang / Perl is a bonus as well as basic betting concepts but betting experience is not compulsory. You MUST HAVE a grade A at A-level Mathematics to be considered for this role.
