Mical Celimon - Director
Mical is the Director of BetRecruit and acts as joint Managing and Finance Director for the Group. Having grown up in Mauritius, Mical moved to London in 2001 and worked within the finance department for Abbey National. She joined us in 2003 in an administrative and finance position and has been the backbone of the business since. She is ultimately responsible for the direction of the business and its financial management. Her day to day responsibilities involve payroll management for the entire group, including for over 100 temps, accounts payable and receivable, management accounting, financial reporting and stakeholder relations.
Mical is more interested in playing sports than watching. She doesn’t gamble, but she would make an excellent poker player if she had time to learn!

Brooke Greville - ILC Recruitment Group
Brooke owns BetRecruit's parent company ILC Recruitment Group and principally operates in the role of Chairman. He manages the technical support and IT development relating to the Company’s various bespoke candidate and client databases. He is responsible for internal recruitment campaigns and delivering all on-boarding and initial recruitment and company ethos training. He studied International Economics for two years at the University of Hertfordshire, leaving in 2001 to begin his business career. Brooke developed the language recruitment side of the business as Managing Director until 2009. In 2006, in partnership with Laura Zapala, he established and developed BetRecruit into an individual division within the Group. He has front-line talent acquisition experience within the Betting, Gaming and Multilingual sectors as well as a variety of technical and consultancy roles within Oil & Gas.
Brooke is a big Norwich City fan but he also enjoys watching and betting on a wide variety of sports.
