Contingency Recruitment
Contingency Recruitment is the most common approach to engaging an agency. Before any recruitment has begun, a fee and terms are agreed but the fee will only be payable on the successful delivery of the required candidate; no placement, no fee.

Retained Executive Search
Retained Executive Search is used for the recruitment of a specific individual who will not necessarily available via the contingency recruitment method. This could be for a specific individual that the client knows but cannot approach directly, an as-yet-unknown candidate with industry-specific skills or for a senior level position. This recruitment method is probably best known as “head-hunting”.
The Service
This target-specific method of recruitment can be very successful for clients. Historically, candidates who fall into this category will not be looking for a new position so we approach them confidentially and ascertain their willingness to move for the right role. For this approach to be effective, it is essential that we have a clear understanding of your business model, department, market, competitors (for talent), vision and requirement.
Once BetRecruit have identified suitable candidates, a comprehensive in-person or video interviewing process will begin. This will allow us to identify who is suitable to be shortlisted and presented to the recruitment decision maker. BetRecruit will arrange interviews on behalf of the client at agreed set times and we will manage the process through to successful completion.
Avoiding a Conflict of Interest
We strictly adhere to our non-solicitation clauses and we therefore will not be able to accept search or headhunting assignments to map or approach employees of our existing clients.
