The management have an open door policy and are approachable on all subjects. The Sales Director has 12 years of recruitment experience and he contributes to the team’s billings. The owner and directors both sit with the sales team. Our media-style office is based in the heart of Bloomsbury, central London, between Holborn & Tottenham Court Road tube stations.
We have a fantastic internal database, which is populated by over 14,000 gaming-specific registered candidates. After investing heavily in our internal CRM system, our IT resources are highly specialist and easily searchable and usable. We love to develop our technology to make a consultant’s job more efficient. As part of a larger group of recruitment businesses, we have access to other specialist internal databases and take advantage of the bigger marketing spend of the combined group.
Join our team
We recruit only two types of recruitment consultant:
Entry level, graduate-calibre trainees
Candidates must be academically very strong with at least a 2:1 from a good level university in a strong subject. We usually recruit by exhibiting at graduate recruitment fairs, however we are always happy to receive speculative applications from talented, driven individuals. An enthusiasm for the gaming sector and a general understanding of online betting and gaming is crucial. We believe in investing heavily in our trainees in order to create the complete, well rounded, 360 life cycle consultant. We train intensively using internal team mentoring as well as recruitment specific external training for the first twelve months.
The learning curve will be steep and intense. We expect trainees to work overtime to not only learn the recruitment process fluently, but to gain a genuine understanding of our clients’ and candidates’ markets, motivations and movements.
Experienced gaming consultants
We are always interested in speaking with candidates from a gaming recruitment background or similar.
Transferrable sectors will be from recruiting within IT (various sectors), marketing, payments or financial trading. We will expect proof of significant billings (sector and type of recruitment will be taken into consideration) and a very clear, in-depth knowledge of our market. The successful candidates will be given a warm desk, major company accounts to manage and develop.
Within the first 12 months of your employment, we will recruit two delivery consultants to resource for you, helping to increase your personal billings and therefore commission. We have a generous quarterly commission structure paid at up to 35% and a benefits package which includes laptop, BUPA medical, dental, optical insurance and 22 days holiday plus bank holidays (increases each year to a maximum of 25 days). We also have the option to work from home (on select days), duvet days and other incentives to make your work more enjoyable.
